When locating a Request on the Customer Portal, you might see provided documents linked below the name, such as in this example: In many cases, your Jurisdiction will provide documents such as these so they can be filled out and submitted along with your Request. Others are there purely to convey important information. If you are required to submit one of these documents, you are able to do so at the Document Upload portion of the questionnaire process: Paying attention to these items, and acting on them accordingly, will greatly increase your ability to successfully submit a Request the first time. New accounts require phone verification. Please have direct access to the phone number you enter. If you are using a phone number you do not normally have access to, you will need to answer the phone yourself, or alert the person answering the phone of the incoming call. Please listen to the automated message carefully and follow the instructions given to you. MGOconnect will make two attempts to call the number you enter. What if I miss the Call? If you miss both calls or are unable to verify your number, contact our office: Contact our Support team by email by using our Contact Us form. Please ensure to include the email address you are using for your MGOconnect account, if the one you are contacting us with is different. Select the items you would like to pay, and click “Pay Online” If an Error Occurs When the Payment Portal is Opened MGOconnect (My Government Online) is not a payment provider or credit card processor. If you experience trouble after selecting "Pay Online" (at which time you are taken to the payment portal provided by another entity), it is likely that the third party credit card processor your Jurisdiction has opted to use is experiencing an issue on their end. In this case, please contact your Jurisdiction directly, as My Government Online may not provide guidance on their behalf.
