In this section, you will see all document made available to you from your jurisdiction: Printing Receipts From a Paid Fee Open the "Fees" tab > "Payments" tab Select "Print Receipt" If you Do Not See a Document that you Expect There are several reasons you might not see an expected Document: The document has not yet been uploaded by your jurisdiction If the document is a receipt, or invoice, it could be house in the “Payments” tab You have not reached the part of the permit process where the jurisdiction uploads the document Please contact your jurisdiction’s Permitting Department directly for more information if you cannot access a file you expect. MyGovernmentOnline does not conduct reviews or upload documents on a jurisdiction’s behalf.

View Your Projects Tip #1 - Filters If you get to the Dashboard page and there are no projects, but you have projects you have applied for or in the process. To fix this, change your jurisdiction on the “General Filters” sidebar. Change this selection to “All” and it will display every application and permit for your account. Tip #2 - Open a Project To View a project, Select “Open” on the top right of the project card. Tip #3 - Requests by Type This chart will display the ratio of your project by status on the right side of the page.

Back to Contractor License/Registration Help Topics Associate your Contractor License Some jurisdictions that adopt the MGO platform will require you to associate a local jurisdiction license to your MGO Customer Portal account prior to applying online for permits. Follow these steps to locate and associate your existing jurisdiction contractor license. NOTE: This will only work if the account you are logged into has the same email address that is associated with the Contractor License you are trying to add to your account. Please contact your jurisdiction directly if you receive an error message during this process. Navigate to the MGOconnect Customer Portal Go to mgoconnect.org Choose Customer Portal Select your state and Jurisdiction Login with your credentials Step #1 - Locate Your License Click the “Licenses” menu option located at the top of the screen. In some cases, the link may instead display “Contractors”, but both serve the same purpose. Then click the “Find My Registrations” button Step #2 - Select Your License A license will be found if you are registered as an existing contractor with the jurisdiction and have an existing license record on file that contains the same email address that was also used when creating your MGO Connect customer portal account. If No Record Appears If a contractor license record is not found, please contact your jurisdiction directly to request an update to the contact information on file for your contractor license registration. My Government Online is unable to update this record on the Jurisdiction's behalf. Alternatively, you may also provide the jurisdiction with your verified telephone number so that the telephone number can be added to your local contractor registration record information. This action will also allow you to then associate your contractor registration to your MGOconnect customer portal account.

Back to Customer Portal General Help Topics Navigate to the MGOconnect Customer Portal Go to mgoconnect.org Choose Customer Portal Select your state and Jurisdiction Log in with your credentials Select "Dashboard" at the top of the Page Remove a Project From Your List Remove the Project from the Dashboard Applications and Projects may be removed from your list by clicking the “Remove” button on the bottom of the project card. If this button is not there then the project cannot be removed. This may be due to the jurisdiction or status of the project.
