Choose Customer Portal

Select your state and Jurisdiction

Log in with your credentials

Select "Dashboard" at the top of the Page

Open the Permit Project
View Permit Placard & Other Documents
Documents in the Project Window
Select either the “Docs” tab or “Print Permits/Documents/Letters” from the Overview page.

In this section, you will see all document made available to you from your jurisdiction:

Printing Receipts From a Paid Fee

Open the "Fees" tab > "Payments" tab

Select "Print Receipt"

If you Do Not See a Document that you Expect
There are several reasons you might not see an expected Document:

The document has not yet been uploaded by your jurisdiction
-
If the document is a receipt, or invoice, it could be house in the “Payments” tab
-
You have not reached the part of the permit process where the jurisdiction uploads the document
Please contact your jurisdiction’s Permitting Department directly for more information if you cannot access a file you expect. MyGovernmentOnline does not conduct reviews or upload documents on a jurisdiction’s behalf.
