Choose Customer Portal

Select your state and Jurisdiction (Houston Airports, TX)

Login with your credentials (create an account if needed)
Step #1 - Apply Online for a Permit
Once you are logged in to your Customer Portal account, and are on the Houston Airports homepage, select "Apply Online for a Permit"
Step #2 - Select the Permit Type

Select "Transportation Permits"
